ACS conducts thousands of child abuse investigations each year. Here is a chart that shows you how ACS works. This is from the ACS offices and is very misleading. One of the main things that this chart does not tell you is that ACS workers never tell parents that programs or parenting classes are voluntary. In addition, ACS workers are very rude and will demand that you speak to them without informing you of the charges against you.
